Each beer consists of New York grown grain with a focus on rye. The dry, spicy and well-round character of rye creates a unique texture and flavor to our beer. These are truly farmhouse beers that strive to honor the history of their respective styles both here in our region as well as internationally.

  • Refresh Yourself (Everyday)

The one that started it all. I believe you should take some time for yourself, each day. Nutty, spicy with a honeyed and pleasant dry bitter finish. The Galena hop is the workhorse here and I’m thankful for it. Pick me up, love.

  • Full Hands In, Full Hands Out (FIFO)

Number one cardinal rule in the restaurant biz. English style Brown ale, meaning it’s gonna be dry with a slight coffee or roasted flavor backbone. Carbonation is on a lower side, just like you find in the pub. This may be a beer you go back to the bar for another, but don’t return empty-handed.

  • Mise en Place

This beer takes tradition from Belgium and England’s low-ABV beers. A tafelbier (table beer) is a Belgian session-style of beer while an English small ale was historically made from the second runnings of a higher ABV beer. This one was made from Refresh Yourself (Everyday). A hoppy crusher.
    3.9% ABV

  • Functioning Cog

Ahhh, the Bière de Garde, the classic French Farmhouse ale. Expect a wheat driven slightly honeyed unfiltered beer, rich with farmhouse taste and body.
    5.5% ABV

  • The T is Silent

Perhaps the quintessential Belgian beer, this saison gets a little more earthiness from an addition of herbs grown in our garden. We keep it for as long as we can to develop its signature taste before releasing it to the wild (where it belongs)

  • Poured Out

The Witbier is needed on your table when the weather is warmer (or perhaps when it’s freezing outside and you wish it was warmer). I intended this one to focus more on the floral aspect of this style rather than adding the more widely used coriander. Various wheats adds more color than your typical ‘white ale’ while chamomile plays nice with the honey malt. Simple and refreshing.

  • Hold Fire

When it comes to dark beers, I love how the English brewmasters handle them- simple, unassuming roasted malts build a base for a beer that not necessarily has to be creamy and fruity. Hold Fire is for settling down to enjoy the simple pleasures with every sip

  • In a Word, Intuitive

I have a soft-spot for smoked malt and the use of the cherry smoked barley is really there to enhance the danko rye from murmuration malts. This is a true roggenbier, comprising of 60% rye and fermented as an ale to give more of a refreshing, less cloying finish.
    4.7% ABV

  • FMLY Meal

This one goes out to everyone I’ve ever worked with and thus shared a meal with (IYKYK). Rice adds a touch of sweetness to this crushable lager, meant to consume after a long shift. Boat races anyone?
    4.5% ABV

  • The Clopen

Doesn’t matter what industry you’re in, the clopen shift exists. This IPA is lower in ABV so that you can enjoy more of it. It is a balanced beer between hops, maltiness and funk that will make you forget about working until 2 am, knowing you have to wake up in 6 hours to do it all over again.
    5.5% ABV

  • Chit Notes

Weizen means wheat in German and the Chit Notes is made with mostly Spelt, an ancient wheat varietal with a long kernel that gives a nice body much like rye can. It’s an unfiltered beer that gives you all the feels with a super nutty finish
    4.5% ABV

  • Straight Vert

A Belgian Golden in nature, this one gives you all the farmhouse taste without leaving you too heady. And that’s a good thing cause sometimes you need a beer to pound to the dome. Much like splash decanting.
    7% ABV

  • In the Weeds

Grisettes can be confusing little buggers but expect a low ABV tart crusher. Lemon and tarragon balance each other nicely in this little farmhouse ale. Originally intended for coal miners as an all-day refresher, when I’m really in the weeds, I just need a little pick-me-up.
    3.6% ABV

  • Goldilocks was a Thief

She spicy. She floral. She a little fruity. Light in color but a mischievous boldness in texture, this blonde will have you questioning “am I drinking a delicate glass of nectar or just a beer?” You choose.
    6% ABV

  • VIP Table 34

Apricots, candied orange peel and hazelnut. Tasting notes and the actual additives for this beer that was rested in a rye whiskey barrel. A spelt based Christmas ale, this will be the perfect pairing of any sweet or savory meal and a great way to celebrating ringing in the bells.
    7% ABV

  • SFN (Something for Nothing)

A stout based Bière De Noël, SFN holds fragrances of cardamom and black walnut and is fruited with dried figs. A perfect match to our fig and walnut loaf and can be aged in a cellar or enjoyed with a piece of chocolate cake. Bonne fête!
